This is my first 25Cal. The 16" SS, 1" full bull  barrel is made by OTT in .257X.225IMP. (AKA 257JDJ) The barrel is topped with a Burris 3X12 in 4 rings and a 6 hole scope base. The grip and forearm are made from Zebra Wood with a satin finish. I am in the process of making a wide target forearm to fit it also. This one hasn't been shot a lot but man is it accurate. With some more load D and the wide flat target forear I see good things coming.




The red dots are 1/2" Dia. Load D has only started and the isnt shot in yet.

dave,

you gotta stop showing off these guns!! the jealousy is starting to overwhelm me., seriously, they have all been great lookin rigs. given me a lot of ideas for my contender 7-30. keep up the good work and the pics and posts coming.

TC Dave, will that caliber work in a Contender platform? That is one beautiful setup you've got there.

Yes the .257JDJ is Tender friendly. If I am not wrong about this the 6.5JDJ, 257JDJ, and the other JDJ,s based on the .225Win. case were developed for Contenders.
