Is there a difference in Winchester AAHS and Winchester Expert HS hulls?  Do the Experts resize and reload as good as the AA's?

Basically same as AA but not necessarily AA HS. The HS is of very recent manufacture and prior to that were just called AA without the HS. I assume that at some point in time Winchester has or will change to use the HS construction in field loads at least some of them just as in the past they did with the older AA.

But they have multiple hull types and only a limited number are of the older AA type the rest are JUNK as far as I'm concerned and would not take them for free or load them if I had them. If they are one piece compression formed hulls they are equal to AA if not then toss them.

Graybeard, only seen pics but I have found an ad for "Winchester Expert 3 Inch .410 HS once fired hulls" for a good price.  The pics only show the common Xpert symbol on the hull.  No other symbols or markings are visible.    I was just wondering if there really is an "Xpert HS" hull?

I don't have an answer for you. I don't use 3" .410s I just have no use for them at all as I only use the 1/2 oz load of the 2.5" hull for my purposes. If they are new enough to have been made since the HS hull replaced the older one piece compression formed hull then perhaps they are. In .410 I think one piece compression formed hulls is all Winchester makes same as in 28 gauge. Not so however in 12 and 20 and you didn't mention gauge in your initial post on this thread. They make some real junk hulls in 12 and 20 but I think all 28 and .410 hulls are one piece compression formed type.
