Calmness
« on: December 31, 2007, 07:58:06 AM »
To all my family and friends as holiday stress mounts!

CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES

I am passing this on to you because it definitely works and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives.   By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace.   Dr. Phil proclaimed, 'The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.   So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a bottle of Kalhua, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates.

You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now.   Please pass this on to those whom you think might be in need of inner Peace.

If I was to finish everything off I wouldn't ever be online :D

Cheesehead, well it is the end of the old year and obviously you made it through another one.  I think your solution is great and since times zones are different, I think I'll give your recommendation a try.  I agree that calmness begins with not taking things too seriously and your post was great.

Cheese, I too, have taken Dr. Phil's advice, and feel much better for it. I had several months ago began the process of blocking him, and all of those other intellectual idiots off my TV, and after reading your post, I sat down with my remote and finished the process. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh, the calmness is overwhelming. I think I'll get a rifle and go to the woods and kill something. ;D

I have too taken his advice. He told me to take my shotgun and put on a deer drive tomorrow. I hope the people don't mind a bunch of shots during their new years. :D :D :D ;D
