rear adjustable sight on the SA 1911

I was think in up grading the rear sight on the SA 1911 my question which rear set up will give the best picture

I have now the combat 3 white dots on the mil spec out doors the set up is fine indoors you loose the rest white dots.
I want to keep the front post
I also thought is trying to use fiber optic colors they sell in .040 that will fit the holes in the combat sight on the Sa
red in front and use the green in the rear.The tubes can be trimmed and crazy glued into the holes on the combat sights.
I also need to raise the point of impact I would think filing the front sight blade should bring the point of impact up correct

If you want to do target shooting, get the target sight.  If you want to do action shooting like IDPA and IPSC, go with fiber optic, but replace the front sight too.  You can have a fiber optic front sight and a target rear sight, but not the other way around.

A target sight is better for the precise sight picture you need to shoot bullseye.  A fiber optic front sight allows you to acquire your sight picture faster for action pistol sports.  A fiber optic rear sight without the fiber optic front sight would just be a distraction.  IMHO

You are correct in your statement that lowering the front sight will raise the point of impact. If you want sights that show up in all lighting conditions, you might want to look at the Tru Glo. Those are a combination of fiber optic and tritium. For my IDPA/Steel pistols I install the Hi Vis fiber optic set. I chose green for rear and red for the front sight. The adjustable sight on your link is an "Ok" sight. I have one on a Witness pistol. It's not very rugged if this is your carry pistol. Your Springfield wouldn't happen to be a "Champion" would it?

If you really love the pistol and are planing to keep it.  Get a smith to install a Bomar Adj site in the buried (milled into the slide) position.  You will never be sorry.
