Anyone shootin 17 rem or fireball in a Contender

Anyone shooting the 17 Remington or fireball in the contender and how do you like it. Heavy barrel vs Taper. I'm thinking of a 26" barrel? :-\

I have a 24 inch Van Horn bull in 17 Rem, super accurate barrel, loves 4320 and 25 grain remington HPs that I have a small stash of.  Shoots great with others too, just has a sweet spot for the rems. No recoil at all, can see things go splat through the scope.
