Looking for a crossdraw leather holster (nothing ornate) for packing a single six revolver in the woods.  Any recommendations on manufacturers...where to buy?  Thanks

I have a Hunter Crossdraw for my .22 Bisley that has held up rather well in some pretty tough conditions.

If you just want something to put the gun in, any old leather holster will do.... now if you want to carry it cleanly and with style, I have been very pleased with El Paso Saddlery.  That's the holster on the right.  The left one is an old custom Lawrence, and the middle a Mernickle.  44 Man

+1 on El Paso Saddelery Co. I have 5 of their holsters and they are great. Exceptional quality at a fair price. :)

I don't know if it's a cross draw but Ruger sells leather holsters for under $50 on the Website.

Black Hills Leather of Texas is usually on the high $$ end.   Sometimes you can catch them on sale.
