You pretty much get what you pay for when you buy glass. I`ve got some cheap glass and it`s far better than nothing. I also have a 15 x 30 Leupold spotting scope that stays in my pick-up. If I see some thing with my binoculars and can make it out I`ll pull out the scope. It`s small, draws lite very well, has an extremely large field of view and is the best carry spotting scope I`ve ever seen. If I want to see better I have a 40 x 60 Leupold. It`s great from a bench or when your staying in one place, but no way will I carry it to the field deer hunting or something. There is alot of other glass out there that cost less and is good, but just not as good, and then there is better, but it cost more money.
