Monte Carlo stock changes?

Anyone else notice that the new Monte Carlo stocks don't have as high a cheek rest or comb as the older 1s? Was comparing my Gray Laminate 444 Ultra to my new 444 Handi and the Factory Camo-laminate stock I replaced it with. If you look close even on their website the Regular handis don't seem to have as a distinct rise on comb as the pics of the Laminate Ultras. Is there a difference? Or are all the new 1s not as high? Thanks.

stocks for Handi's seem to have varying dimensions depending on some unknown force's. Perhaps they have a new supplier of stocks....<><....:)
