45 Colt to 454

Good morning gang!

I believe this will be my first post on this site, I spend most of my time at www.castboolits.gunloads.com, but I figure I should get started learning a little bit.  I have seen other posts about converting the NEF Handi from 357 Magnum to 357 Maximum with very little trouble.  A new chamber reamer, re-cut the lead, and so forth.  Now I see NEF is producing barrels for the Handi in 45 Colt, and I'm sure you can see where this is going, but do you think it can be converted to 454 Casull?  There may be some issues that need to be considered...rim thickness, and diameter with the ejector, twist rate, etc.
I know the Handi is brute strong, especially for the low pressure Colt, but what about that higher pressure 454?  Anyone got any ideas?
Please forgive me if I've asked a question that has already been answered. ;D

If your Handi can handle the pressure, I would go all the way to a .460 S&W magnum rechamber. That way you can shoot .45LC, Casull and .460 MAG.
IF your Handi can take the pressure. I would be real sure first.

This has been discussed many times try the new search feature or wait for Quick to post some links . I think he's waiting on a 460 reamer. Kurt
