Here are pix of a small Spanish document I actually had my grubby hands on the other day in the Library of Congress.  I could see the words for cannons and howitzers and pistols but couldn't read much else.  It looks like a manifest or something.  I think I saw it in a file of "letters to commanders of gunboats 1813-1817."  The letter or note is dated 1813.  I tried to enhance the legibility resulting in the yellow appearance, but the document looks more like the image of the second page, not yellow like my photoslopped image of the first page.

Here's what a gentleman in Spain made out of it, on another site I posted it on.  He could not see the text well enough to make out a lot of the words.

However I can see that after the presentation of the three gunboats and the name of the officer (the same that signes the document) the first row lists the different classes and numbers of crew: officiers, sailors, artyllerimen... The second row refers to materials: guns, howitzers, powder bags. The third row is a table with the weapons: fusils, pistols, swords, 'chuzos' (a pole with a metal point) and knives.  This is what is being carried on three gunboats, named in letter.

the document is about the General State of three gunboats named Tolosa (Zelosa?), Inmemoriable (?) and Habanera. Each of the gunboat has one 24 lbs. gun and one 12 lbs. howitzer. The document list the men and materials of the 3 gunboats.
