Taurus sells a mount for their Raging Bulls for $50.00.  You can see it on the Taurus web site.  Just go to your gun model and click on the accessories box.  Your local gun shop can probably order you one.  I had one on my RB 454 and it worked fine.

I was thinking of doing the same for mine, same gun as you, and going with the taurus mount.  I have heard good things about them.  - or I should say, I havent heard any bad things.

I have a Raging Bull with a 6 1/2 barrel.  Mine is the Black Stainless model.  I just ordered a scope base for this through Taurus, it was about $54 delivered to me.  I went with the black version since my revolver is Black.  It looks like an excellent mount and should hold up very well.  It mounts the base to the vent rib and is the best alternative that I found, much better than the B-Square model which was the only other company that offers a scope mount for this revolver.
