Any good reloading manual, Hodgdon's, Lyman's or the like will have velocity and pressure levels , in cup or psi , sometimes both. Even the inexpensive Loadbooks list those specifictions with thier loads. you are better off getting load data and spec's from a reliable source like an up to date reloading manual then from someone here, ( not that you'd get bad info, but mistakes could happen ) and info from a manual cab be and should be cross referenced. the 45-70 levels can run fairly stout, your shoulder will tell you when to stop. the pressure levels can go very high in a SB2 reciever, on par with .500. more then the average shooter will comfortably handle for more then a few shots.
