Colt/Sauer Drilling
« on: March 21, 2008, 10:21:40 AM »
Hi...I'm Emmett, and kinda new to the Graybeard forums...I'm just kinda feeling my way around right now, and getting used to it.
I ran back a few pages on the Drillings and Comb. Guns, and was looking for some info or talk about the Colt?Sauer in 12 ga. SxS with .243 Win. under. I've always liked the looks of that gun, and ALMOST bought one a year or two ago at a gun show. I later kicked myself for not buying it, and haven't found one since.
I guess I'm asking for feedback from those of you who have experience with it and your thoughts on them. Thanks.......Emmett

Hi Emmett
Welcome to Graybeards.

I dont have any feedback on the Colt Sauer but the 12/12x243 would be a nice combination for Texas.
