Muzzle diameters of T/C barrels?

I am going to be in the market for a .243 Win Encore barrel in the near term.  Anyone know what the muzzle diameters of the factory barrels are?  It seems T/C lists them as 'barrels'  and then 'heavy barrels'.  Whats the difference at the muzzle?

T/C lists the barrels as follows:

Tapered (Normal 24" Barrels) have a muzzle diameter of .719

Heavy Barrel (Normally 26" Barrels) have a muzzle diameter of .802
