It's Tough Feeding My Family Of 5
« on: February 19, 2008, 03:26:14 PM »

It was pure pleasure running these 2,350 rounds through the Dillon after prepping and polishing. The handloaded stuff actually looks better than the factory Remington. Doug Giraud sure builds a nice case trimmer. It gobbled them up in less than 3 hours with a nice inside and outside chamfer. Bullet seating was slicker than snot. This should keep the wife and I going for a few weeks. Those Bushy's get hungry with her on the other end!  Bill T.

No family is complete until they have a pet.  That's where the Kitty Kat usually comes in. ;D

I find it much easier to grab up a couple 50 cal ammo cans with 1200 rnds. ea. on the way out the door than dealing with all that cardboard that attracts moisture.

I agree. This weekend there is a large gun show here in Phoenix. There is usually a couple there that sells brand new ones at good prices. I've got several of the 50 Cal. type, and the larger 20 MM that have the removable lid. I'm going to go and see what kind of trouble I can get into, and see what I just can't live without.  Bill T.

Phoenix!!!   I guess my moisture comment isn't really an issue for you. :D  I live in the rust belt and it is always a concern here.

Enjoy the show.  National Gun Days show is here this weekend also.  Supposed to pick up another box of G.I. magazines there rather than have them shipped.
