HK 45C vs. HK 45C-LEM

I have been led to believe that the new HK 45C has a sibling the 45C-LEM.  Is this true and if so would anyone know the detailed differences between the two guns.  Lastly, if a 45C-LEM exists does anyone have knowledge as to when it will be released for sale to the civilian market?  Thanks, JHT
