A relative gave me
a youth .22 bolt action, blued, hardwood stock.
On one side of the barrel:
Shinbisha Air Rifle Mfg. Co.
on the other:
Model AR-10. CaL: 22 Rifle Made in Japan 484
and inside the receiver is stamped, 484.
on top of the receiver is stamped a fancy arrow and SAR.
Looks 40-50 years old. I haven't had it to the range yet, but the trigger is just right for a kid at about 2 lbs. It chambers a .22lr, extracts the cartridge, but does not expel it, so you have to fish it out with fingers. It is bigger than a Crickett, but not much.
