I have a Savage 99 that the lever will not latch and stay up on. However the lever seems to do it better when it is cocked. I am not very familiar to the working parts inside this paticular model. Could some give me a place to or problem area to start looking. I know a 99 locks up in the rear so something must be worn or broken. Thanks
