Need advice for a good range finder!
« on: February 25, 2008, 04:26:31 AM »
Hello,
I've got a little cheapo Bushnell range finder and last weekend at the range it couldn't read the distance on the target at 300 yards.  I was pretty surprised by this.  I want a range finder that can actually read some measurements out to 600 - 700 yards in field conditions.  I'll probably sell the one I have on Ebay, but I'd like to replace it with something better.

Anyone have some suggestions?

Swaro, or if that isn't in the budget then Leica.  CameralandNY has Leica LRF 1200s for ~$420.

I love my Leica 900, but it's the only one I've ever owned.
