Just got a '92 Original

Just picked up an original '92 Winchester in 38-40. Rough shape on the outside, nice and tight inside. Bore is near perfect!
Stripped the action, it's full of black crud
Serial # dates to 1911.

Missing the bolt, and a few screws.

What should I watch out for?
