I have to give Lowe's some credit

I bought a 12 foot step ladder that I needed at Lowe's, checked a few places first.

So of course I run across the same ladder two days later for half what I paid at a pawn shop. granted, it did have some dried concrete stuck to it but I was like oh no......

I told my buddy about it, so yesterday he says, hey I've got some more good news for you, Lowe's just put their ladders on sale!  right after you bought one!

Anyway he needed to head up there and look at some stuff so I rode with him, took my reciept up to customer service...

and they gave me the difference back on the sale value.

wow.

 

I thanked them a bunch!

I like to play Menards against Lowes or vice versa on the match plus discount. There can be some good deals to be had for sure.
