32 Win. Special LEVERevolution ammo
« on: January 17, 2008, 11:47:34 AM »
I was just on Hornady's web sight and ran across this. I thought that some of you who have rifles chambered for this cartridge would be interested.
Also makes me wonder if Marlin is going to bring this chambering back in their 336.

Check it out,

GOOD SHOOTING!

My goodness!
You could have knocked me over with a feather! They actually went out of their way to announce a space-age improvement on a dying cartridge. I wonder If I'll see that bullet in a .218 Bee case?

I'm surprised but elated!  I inherited 2 lever action rifles in .32 spl, one from each of my grandfathers, a Winchester and a Marlin.  Can't wait to try some, and it will even better when they make bullets available for reloading.

Dying cartridge? you just don't know a deep sleep when you see one.!  I would try that ammo but the cost of 20 rounds of loaded ammo verse  100 bullets for reloading?  I would likely choose the 100 for reloading  but if you don't reload, then it looks like the thing that will wake up the .32 spl. I pretty much only shoot cast bullets out of mine anyway. But i admit I would love to try a box of that stuff.
