Mike is home
« on: January 11, 2007, 07:26:59 AM »
My son Mike is home with his wife and kids again!
They are stationed at Eglin AFB, Florida.

Mike has been on special assignment in Afghanistan.
He got home a few days ago safe and sound!

Thanks to all who said a prayer for our troops who are in harms way!

Glad to hear that he is home safe again.  Hopefully the comflicts over there will end soon and he will never have to go back.

Hope you have a great time together and thank him for his service for me.

Thanks Guys!

Mike is back at his home Base in Florida and I'm in NY!
They are going to try to come north this summer!
It just seems so good to have him on home turf!

Now we got word that my other son, Bryan is going to Iraq in May!
Don't know for how long though!

Chris;

I really appreciate posts like yours!

Makes a guy feel like he's done good!

Both sons will be up for retirement in 2011.
Can't wait.

Please tell Mike that we appreciate his service! I have a son who will be graduating at Ft. Leonardwood Feb. 2nd. We need to keep all of our troops in our prayers.
