Nothing new there, we've been at this H&R CS thing for too long!!
Three customers can call and ask the same question to 3 different CS employees and get 3 different answers, and none of em be right, just ask Kurt!!
But ya gotta give em credit for effort, their heart is in the right place, they just don't always have it all together. They must have a very antiquated inventory system, that's been the bane of their entire operation for years it seems.
