I'm thinking about buying a heritage single action 32 mag. I would like to know how these pistols are. Any Help is appreciated.

I bought a Heritage Rough Rider 22lr,22Mag, Convertible, 3"bbl, with the Birdshead grip,a number of years ago. The quality,is O.K. It's not very accurate, but it's fun to shoot.
Aluminum frame, Steel Cylinder and Barrel, Im sure they have gotten better. My favorite gun shop has a new one like mine and it seems to be of better quality.

While I am very interested in one of Heritage's Big Bore pistols, I am not as familiar with their small frame pistols.  They have always come across as a less expensive alternative to a Ruger Single Six.  Back when I was in my 20's (40 years ago for those who are counting) the Ruger was a cheaper alternative to the Colt.  What goes around, comes around.  Such is life!  44 Man

I recently bought one of the 4 3/4" barreled birdshead grip, .22/.22mag models. I like it. Is is not a Ruger or Colt by a long shot, but it is a fun, accurate shooter. So far no problems with it, except for the occasional failure to fire a round. But i think that is more a problem with the current .22 ammo than the gun, as the firing pin is hitting them with enough force.

Shot some friends heritage 22 it is pretty accurate. Notice if I concentrate being accuarate its poi at poa out to about 10 + yards. Alot of guys who speculate that " it wont hold up"  dont know what theyre talking about as the one i shot had at least a thousand rounds through it and still shoots well and action is still tight. Dont mean to talk about the 22' s when your asking about the 32 but just relating the quality of Heritage to you.
