Add my prayers to the list.  As a retired USAF ER medic, I've seen what cars can do to pedustrians, glad you faired better than some we had to pick up.  Hope you have a speedy recovery; but don't push it, just do what the Dr's say is ok.

buddy Al has suffered through many operations on his broken neck and calls his .22 theropy machines!! Any update yet on your condition?
Well Lloyd, yesterday was not a good day.  I'm sure you know all about good days and bad days.  When I get to thinking that I am really doing good, all I have to do is be late on my pain med to remind me that healing takes lots of time.  I think I will pass on the .500 for a bit.  A .22lr sounds like enough right now.  Actually that's a good idea.  Sometimes those .22s get neglected with our enthusiasm for big bores and this is a good chance to spend some time with those pleasurable guns again.  44 Man
