closed out this year with 2 grouse

hello and how has everyone been?

i haven't signed on for a year or so with work and all getting in the way. i managed to get out on the 29th of february with a buddy and i bagged two nice ruffed grouse with the 410 handy. no more birds till the fall now.

life is still good!

That's two more than my life time total. We don't have grouse here in Bama and even if I saw one it's specifically illegal to shoot one if it happens to wander down this way. I've never even seen one in the wild. Some day I'd really like to give it a try tho.
