Has anyone had any experiance with Bill's Accuracy Shop located in Maryland ?   http://www.billsaccuracy.com/

Or can anyone recomend a riflesmith with experiance in accurizing ?

Nothing wrong. Looking for a rifle smith that can either build or accurize a factory 243 bolt rifle.
