10/22 any grade differences?

I am looking to buy a 10/22 plain barrel  for plinking and hunting and I have a few questions

Are there accuracy differences between the stainless and blued barrels?

Do the 'Plain Jane " models have better components than the more fancy ones?

Any thoughts on synthetic vs plain wood stocks?

 i prefer the walmart special, ss ,wood stock, rifle length, no barrel band they all use the same receiver and trigger group just barrel and furniture differences.  some people prefer the shorter barrel so it is a lot of what do you like they even have one in full cameo if you want one that would be easy to loose. LOL
