They don't but that it never a problem if you clean them like your suppose to. Mosins never had chrome bores either but they have been used for almost 100 years with corrosive ammo.

Thanks .30-30 man, but I am not worried about cleaning it, I want to bore one out to .357 and smith's won't bore a chrome barrel. Looks like I'll be getting a yugo.

Some SKS rifles did have chrome lined bores and the Nagants that were made in Finland did also.
My m27 mosine nagant has one of the nicest chrome lined bores I have ever encountered.
