Do Pro Hunter barrels come with a scope mount?

My son has a Encore Pro Hunter and his birthday is just around the corner. We are going to get him a 243 Pro Hunter barrel he has wanted. My H&R's always come with a scope mount but I'm not sure about the TC. Can anyone answer this question for me? Thanks in advance - F50
