optima 12ga blackpowder turkey gun

 Can someone give me some advice on loads and wads for my gun? I have used the cva wads and the max load of 11/4 once of #6 shot. I was wondering about different wads but dont know much about them or if I can shoot them in my gun.

go to huntingnet.com and blackpowder forum. I was going to go with blackpowder shot gun but changed my mind for this year. the black powder forum over there is the best on the internet in my opinion. They can give you all the info you could ever need. Good luck and have fun!
