The 475LB is a more powerful cartridge and operates at higher pressures making it unsafe for use in a .480 revolver(besides being a longer case).  There are revolvers which are made to shoot both, but not the RB.  Magnum Research makes (or at least the used to) a BFR in 475/480.

The BFR in 475/480 is still listed on Magnum's site and several auction sites as well...
