Develop markmanship from 10 or 15 yards?

Hi Guys,

A bit off topic but saw this and thought of you, as my last post about steam cannons amused, hope you find this of interest. Amazing to think what was consider safe for kids then.

We've enjoyed threads on STEAM (pre- 1898 too) seacoast artillery and there were some compressed air as well, why not dry ice?   When was dry ice first marketed anyway?
