327 Federal Magnum

Does anyone have information regarding the 327 Federal Magnum in a Ruger Blackhawk Convertible?  I have one with 32-20 and 32H&R cylinders.  Seems like a third cylinder for the 327 might be a nice fit.  Ought to be good for coyote, pigs and such size varmints.  I wrote to Ruger regarding availabliity, never received a reply.  Thanks....Sky Pup

Couldn't you just run a reamer in your H&R cylinder and shoot all three in it?

I would assume so, just haven't looked into the possibility.  Do you think that would have any effect on accuracy when using the 32H&R?  Right now that caliber gives me consistent 1" groups at 50 yards when tied to my Caldwell Hammr.  I'd hate to ruin that.  I don't shoot the other 32 calibers much so wouldn't care about them.  Thanks.

I'm not qualified to say, but in theory it shouldn't hurt. 38 specials shoot very well in 357 mags.

Nor would I. The 3rd cylinder is a better option. As 2 dogs would tell you, another (custom) GUN in .327 is an even better option !

Send the handgun back with only the 32/20 cylinder and have a 32 mag cylinder fitted. THEN, ream the new 32 cylinder and the gun will still be original.
