Redhawk won't lockup

My cylinder will not lock, any thoughts?  I already cleaned it heavily with gunscrubber

No Replies?  Here's a symptom, I can cock the piece if I depress the button that opens the cylinder, the little dohicky that times the cylinder comes up and engages, but it still doesn't lockup. I can also dry fire it. I'm guessing something inside the frame let go.
