I am not much of a fan of  the AR platform, that being said that is a fine looking carbine. Now as to your taste in semiauto pistols  WAY TO GO, the BHP is my all time favorite 9mm, I have had one, or the other since 1961, well done.    ;D    Doug

ARs are fun guns! I've got a couple to feed. Better stock up on ammo. It's not getting any cheaper! I picked up a couple 1000 bullets and have been scrounging brass to load up a little reserve. The days of cheap ammo are gone I fear.

Just curious!  What is the purpose of the tape on both grips?  If that is indeed what I'm seeing.  All mine have Hogue upper and lower grips.  It's just what I prefer.

its actually not tape its rubber cut from bike inner tubes it holds switches for lights and such, also makes for a grippier grip, kind of tacky feeling,it looks shiny from the flash i guess but in person its matte rubbery looking, also the shoestring looking cord is parchute cord for some reason the flash made it look funny too,the stock and grips are the new foilage green from cavarms ,looks real good in person
