Welcome! Sorry to hear of the stolen Handi. You'll want an SB2 rifle frame with a serial number prefix of NN or HN or later, please see the build year info in the FAQs and Help sticky. There's no guarantee your barrels will fit, they are individually fitted at the factory, but there are do-it-yourself fitting instructions in the FAQs. You can't order a frame from H&R, you'll have to buy a used one somewhere or another complete rifle, seems to me there may be a frame in the NEF Classifieds right now.

If you can find another rifle made in 2002 the odds are perty good that your barrels will lock up with no fitting at all , just what i have found with mine . As Tim has said there are no grantees but the odds are in your favor .

Start prowling the used gun racks at the local gun shops. Take one of your barrels with you. If the barrel latches on easily and doesn't rattle, try it again with a piece of paper against the breech, and if it seems a bit tight and hard to latch with the paper in the way, the fit is probably good enough. Either that or get a frame that's too tight for your barrels to close all the way to the latch, and send it to the factory to have your barrels re-fitted to match it.
