Neck sizer or full length sizer

Ive got a Lee .243 sizer die. I cant tell if its a neck or a full length sizer. Its not a collet type. Did Lee make a neck sizer that wasnt the collet type.   Markings   LEE- 243-H6.  The body is 1/2 inch shorter than my seater dies Any infor would be appreciated.

The best way to check is to smoke a case and run it into the die , you should be able to see if it is hitting the shoulder or just the neck .
