New BrunsWick Zone 7 Statistics
« on: May 11, 2008, 02:02:38 PM »
Just got my receipt on a fall hunt in Zone 7 of NB, opening week. Few question for all you hunters out there:

a) are there bugs in the fall
b) are bears really bigger in the zone. I have heard this is the largest and least pressured spot
c) Is fall success rate really 70-80% (sighting not kiling)

I have been in NB before but bear averaged on the smallish size (about 140). Sighting in spring was awesome (only q person out of 10 in camp did not see any, the rest either got one, or had multiple opportunities to do so). I was hoping bears would be bigger in the fall and there will be fewer bugs.
