Every 130 grain & 150 grain bullets using IMR-4831 shoots MOA out of my Ruger M77 MKII 22" barrel. The 150 grain bullets are the most accurate out of mine.
I haven't tried the Hornady InterBond many becuase of thier price, but Nosler Ballistic Tip, Nosler Partition and Hornady InterLock all produce MOA.
I have even tried some bulk cheap Remington Core-Lokt 130 grain bullets and older round nose bullets with complete satisfaction.
The 270 Winchester is simple to load for, but it likes slow burning powders. Try IMR-4350, IMR-4831 IMR-7828, H-1000, H-4350 & H-4831 in no particular order.
