Which one do I need?

Which H&R break open should I get for this idea.  I plan on using a canoe to access some public land that is BP/shotgun only. 
I really don't want to carry all the BP stuff out in the canoe so I thought the SS with a buttcuff with a few extra rounds would
simplify things a lot.  Would like a 12 gauge model.

I would like to order some of the brass cases and reload with hand cast slugs.  I was thinking about the Lee slug mould.

Which model of H&R SS guns would be the best choice?  I wouldn't mind starting with a rifle barrel and sending in for a shotgun barrel to be fitted.
I was thinking if someone could reccomend a base model I would know which shotgun barrel to ask for.

I do prefer rifle type sights so a rib or or good sights is a plus.

I had the same idea but i ended up buying a used pardner and cutting it down to 18.5" adding some sights and painting it matte black using duracoat...

What are the sight options?

It doesn't look like there is much meat there to be drilling and tapping.

With the lee slugs will a rifled choke do (50 yds) or should I look at rifled barrels like the tracker II

I glued a peep sight on mine with a front blade...I get about 3-4 in groups at 50 yards but it kicks like hell....
