« on: May 02, 2008, 03:00:14 PM »
Midway is having a 165 btsp  .308 bullet overrun sale, 15 dollars for 100 replaced in a nice plastic storage box. Regular price 31 dollars. I don't know what maker these are. To me they appear to be Speer. Please post if you know because i already got some in .

I to ordered all of these I could afford too.  I think you are right about them being speer.  I did not even look at who made them was just looking for some cheap practice ammo for my 03a3 and if they shoot good enough they will be match ammo as well.  I am hoping to go shoot some this morning and try out the loads I made up last week.  Am glad to know what they are now though in case I run out later but they are high.  The price (compare at price) matches the speer price and the picture is the same best I can tell. I can not figure out what I will do with that little container but am sure I will come up with something.

So I decided to give a look see over at those bullets....  decided 500 would be a good number... then I started shopping around midway for a little while..  And in the end Remmy, I'm telling the misses it's your fault!  ;D

Probably just closing out "existing stock" of a slow seller that they previous sold at that price as regular retail.
Just another worthless opinion!!

That is funny Corbanzo.

If i could get to the mail before my wife i would of ordered more. Do u think she will understand if i explained the 500 pieces of brass will need bullets for about 10 reloads.
