When will we get the managed hunt info?

Aren't they supposed to be taking applications soon?  I want to get my application in and out of the way.

Registration for managed hunts begins on July 1, 2008 and ends on August 15, 2008.

Drawing results will be announced from September 11, 2008 - December 31, 2008.
