NRA can flush Obama on 2nd Amendment

With the DC gun ban case behind, the NRA is moving to Chicago's gun ban.  The media has not pressed Obama on the 2nd Amendment.   I've heard some of his statements on the DC case.  He speaks like a true politician defining the meaning of "is".

One doesn't need to know what is in the gun ban to be able to express an opinion on the meaning of the amendment.

Before the election, the NRA can turn up the fire on Obama by getting this before the court in Chicage and the national media.

I get the idea that some gunowners are in doubt as to where Obama stands on gun rights or taking gun rights away from the people.

The gains that have been made can be taken away with one court appointment.  I cannot understand why the decision was not 9-0.  Does it mean the 4 justices cannot understand the english language?  I would have a hard time writing an opinion taking a position other than the individual right.  It is a shame that it had to go to court.

What it means is that those four liberal judges do not care what the Constitution says or means they are trying to legislate from the bench on liberal issues to make the US into what the libs want it to be and to dump the Constitution in the process.

Politicians take an oath of office to uphold the constitution yet they propose laws and pass laws that directly violate the constitution. Until we can litigate against politicians for this in civil court, the trend will continue. What we really need is the ability to take politicians to civil court for legislation that is deemed in violation to the constitution and its amendments. Forget all the garbage about taking it to the supreme court. Today, if anyone of us feels we personally have had our rights violated, we can litigate. Why not litigate against a politicians(s) that pass laws that allow violations?

asked in one of the debates he gave the identical answer clinton gave" I fully support the 2nd amendment but citys and states have the power to regulate firearms for the safety of their citizens" Typical politician a non answer that reads I'll let someone else take your rights so i wont get blamed.

Most of Obama's voters don't listen to what he says or just here what they say. They are voting for him because of his race or he says change. Anyway he could say he just doesn't know the NRA, say he is no associated with us, or be a John Kerry and go on a mulit thousand dollar hunt where he is guaranteed a kill or someone shoots for him while he acts like he is. He will win if we don't unite. A vote for anyone else but McCain is suicide.
