It's a small Galco, kinda spendy, but looks nice and works very well to tame heavy loads that make the BC steel butt plate unfriendly to your shoulder, but I use it on the 405's TDC stock too.

Tim, does the curve of the butt plate mess with the pads ability to absorb the recoil?  Looks good.  By the way, done with the garden yet? ;)   Or, should I say, had time to play with the 30-30 imp.?  DP.

It works fine with the curved plate, but a Lead Sled works a lot better!!

I use the same thing, but the lace up version on my BC.
