I live in NewZealand but I lived in Australia for a few years.Well while I was over there I read about Black panthers and cougars in Victoria.The locals say they Where left by american forces after WW2 or that they escaped from a traveling circus and bred up in the wild.Lots of folk claim to have seen them but never any real proof kind of thing.I never gave these storys much thougt until a mate an I went down to the snowy mts on
the border of NSW an victoria.We had been there only one day and on that first night we set up camp beside our truck.Well we are sitting beside
the fire an this scream came out of the night,sounded just like an american cougar an darn near froze my blood.I swear the only place Iv,e ever heard a sound like that is on TV.So we both sleep, or should I say spend the night in the truck.First light an we,re out of there.Of course when we get home no one belives us,,Those folks down that way ain,t seeing things, I tell ya I don,t know how they got there but them big cats are there for sure,,WE GONN,A NEED A BIGGER GUN...Jack.
