Anybody fish in the winter? If so what kind of waders do you use?

We need more details.  Do you wade? How cold does it get where you fish?

I like the breathable stocking foot waders most of the time.  If it's really cold and I am not very active, neoprene boot foot waders are better.  They let you have more air space around your foot and you can wear more/better socks. What you wear under your waders is justas important.

You can get wading pants made of polyprop/fleece to go underneath the neoprene waders. These pants have stirrups on the ankles so they don't ride up when putting on the waders. I have a pair of 5mm thick neoprene waist waders with the boot bottoms, that I got from Cabalas years ago, still going strong. I use them for both goose hunting and winter fly fishing. The wading pants are also from Cabalas. Got em all on sale, great deals. I fish the tail waters of the Green river in Wyoming, down to zero degrees. At that temp though, it gets hard to keep the rod eyelets from icing over.

Winter steelheading on many of the Great Lakes tribs is as close to heaven as it gets. Yes it is cold but silver is awesome. The bootfoot waders are the best for the reasons that Capt said. They aren't that expensive, try hodgman or cabelas brand.

I have some Cloudveil 8X and Simms G3 and fish year round. I wear wool socks (2x) and wool pants with long underwear. I can handle two hours at a time fishing rivers in Vermont in January. I like to take breaks every two hours in the truck. It helps when you start to get cold to warm up.
