Redfield Widefield Opportunity?
« on: June 12, 2008, 03:43:32 AM »
I've found a used Redfield Widefield 2.5X scope that is in good condition except for dents from scope rings.  The field is clear, the focus adjustment works well, one turret cap is dented a little, the finish is good, and I can see nothing wrong with the lenses.  Is this a good one to get?

Depends on the price, and more important is it what you want. The widefields are my all time favorite scope and I have several 2-7s on my go to rifles.

Buy it the Widefield is a great scope and that one would be great on a ML or slug gun!
