Mojo Snapsights on a K-31
« on: June 06, 2008, 09:23:17 AM »
Howdy,

After a lot of research I decided to put Mojo's Snapsights on my deer hunting rifle, which is a K-31.  The K-31's one fault is the lack of an aperture sight and Mojo's double aperture sights looked intriguing.

I replaced the rear sight with no problems, but the front sight blade is very stuck in its ways and isn't moving for love or money.

Any suggestions?

hey
A little heat and beat. I use a hair drier and secure the brrel in a cradel like a 2x4 and tap until it moves. consentrate heat at base. if very possable put a little ice right after the heat in the middldovetail. let me know if it helps.
